We are looking for an Ergonomic Specialist to join our SUITX, Inc. team in N.A.!

Location ideally close to major airport hub, for ease of traveling. Preferred Location: Atlanta, Charlotte, Nashville

 

This position is responsible for providing operational sales cycle duties, which include project planning, implementation, and support. 

 

 

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Become a team player and aid the Sales Managers in the deployment/implementation of new wearable exoskeleton devices and products. 
  • Work alongside other innovation team members/experts to assist in training, fitting and feedback from users. 
  • Analyzing workstations and tasks and making the determination which SUITX exoskeletons and/or products would be best solution.  
  • Fitting exoskeleton devices on all different users and ensuring proper fit. Also ensuring user adoption and usage of the exoskeleton meets expectations. 
  • Aid in continuous education, maintenance and cleaning of exoskeletons. 
  • Contribute to the customer journey by attending trade shows, demonstrations onsite and/or virtually and other ergonomic/safety regional conferences. 
  • Responsibility for achieving high customer satisfaction ratings from users and key stakeholders. 
  • Communicate summaries of interactions with users to team leaders both internally and externally. 
  • Willingness to travel to customer sites to ensure users are helped during their typical working hours. Travel can be up to 75% of the time, remaining time is fully remote home office.

Qualifications

  • Must have experience working directly with users/customers. 
  • Must be passionate about improving the quality of life in industrial work force. 
  • Experience in ergonomics required. 
  • Must possess strong communication and presentation skills. Must have an outgoing personality. to be successful in this role. Presenting in front of different stakeholders is required. 
  • Skilled in time management. 
  • Experience with exoskeletons is a huge plus. 
  • Sales background and experience with Salesforce a plus 
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Suite including PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and other related programs is a plus. 
  • Fluent English (Spanish is a plus) 
  • Skilled in handling multiple tasks, prioritizing, and changing priorities. 
  • Personal responsibility, flexibility and resilience paired with a high willingness to work within various industrial environments such as logistics, automotive, aerospace, manufacturing, food, military bases etc. 
  • Must currently be located in Atlanta, Charlotte, or Nashville.
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • A valid passport is required for this role due to ptential travel needs. 

 

Minimum Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in kinesiology, engineering, work planning, industrial science, physical science, health sciences, or a comparable field of knowledge helpful but not required. 

 

Compensation Data

Annual Salary Range: $60,000.-$66,000. plus competitive commission plan
