Summary Statement

In der Ausbildung zum/ zur VerfahrensmechanikerIn stellst du mit Hilfe von Produktionsmaschinen Bauteile und Baugruppen aus verschiedenen Werkstoffen her. Du absolvierst Deine Ausbildung in der Fachrichtung Formteile und lernst alles Rund um die beiden Hauptmaterialien Kunststoff und Gummi kennen.


Die Ausbildungsdauer beträgt in der Regel 3 Jahre. Deine Berufsschule wird die BBS II in Osterode am Harz sein. Am Ende Deiner Ausbildung ist es unser Ziel, Dich in ein festes Arbeitsverhältnis zu übernehmen. 

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Bedienung und Überwachung von Maschinen und Optimierung der Einstellungen an den Maschinen
  • Kennenlernen von Werkstoffeigenschaften, Verfahrens-und Betriebstechnik und Fertigungs- und Prüftechnik
  • Qualitätskontrollen Deiner Produkte

Profile

  • Abgeschlossener Realschulabschluss  
  • Optional: Abgebrochenes oder abgeschlossenes Erststudium 
  • Gute Noten in Mathematik und Physik 
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse 
  • Interesse an der Arbeit mit Maschinen und Werkstoffen
