We are looking for An LMS Administrator to manage and support a Docebo Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring its smooth operation and effective use for customer training and learning activities. This includes configuring the LMS, troubleshooting issues, communicating with internal partners, and providing user support. This is a remote position.
Duties & Responsibilities
LMS Configuration and Maintenance
• Customize the LMS to meet organizational needs, including configuring courses, user roles, permissions, and learning pathways.
• Maintain the LMS system, including updating software, applying patches, and ensuring compliance.
• Manage user accounts, including creating, updating, and deleting user access.
Technical Support and Troubleshooting
• Provide technical support to users, including learners and instructors, to identify issues and ensure smooth navigation within the LMS.
• Interface with LMS vendor to address technical issues and ensure system stability.
Reporting and Analytics
• Generate and analyze reports to track learner progress, engagement, and course effectiveness.
• Leverage data insights to improve learning outcomes and optimize training programs.
• Audit the system for data integrity and continuous operation.
Integration and Collaboration
• Manage integrations with the LMS and other systems, databases, and learning platforms.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including trainers, instructional designers, and subject matter experts, to ensure the LMS meets their needs.
Training and Documentation
• Provide training and support to internal teams on LMS operation and use.
• Create and maintain documentation for the LMS, including user guides and FAQs.
Continuous Improvement
• Monitor LMS usage and performance and making recommendations for improvements.
• Stay current with the latest LMS technologies and best practices.
Communication
• Interface with local and global teams to provide information on system processes, updates, and changes.
• Make recommendations for improvements to LMS
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT systems, computer science, educational technology, instructional design, or related field
- Experience administering an LMS
- Proficiency with LMS platforms (Docebo preferred)
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of system integrations and databases
- Strong reporting and data analysis skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Proficient with Microsoft Access, Excel, Teams, HTML, CSS
- Experience with Docebo LMS Specifically
- Experience supporting global training initiatives
- Advanced reporting/analytics skills
- Minimal travel (10-15%) is required
Compensation Data
Salary range disclosure: $75,000-$85,000
