We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing team in Austin/hybrid or potential for fully remote! ( 3 month contract assignment)

Duties & Responsibilities

Ottobock’s North American Marketing team consists of highly motivated, energetic individuals with a passion to support the organization’s customers, users, and employees. Every day, we interface with our colleagues globally, learning from and sharing our best practices with each other.

  • Create promotional/marketing materials.
  • Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to determine the communication objective and details needed to create effective marketing materials.
  • Facilitate quality assurance and stakeholder engagement when completing projects. • Publish and maintain content management system for stakeholders within the organization.
  • Assist with copy writing, asset creation and execution for areas including but not limited to email, social media and websites.
  • Maintain an organized set of files on the company’s shared servers and take ownership of how files are archived and catalogued.
  • Participate in marketing projects as needed, taking care to represent the North American Marketing Team with the highest levels professionalism.

Qualifications

  • Some experience of client service experience (agency or in-house) preferred.
  • Experience in Adobe Creative Cloud, (Including but not limited to Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva preferred.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite preferred.
  • Comfortable and excited about team collaboration.
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new digital tools.
  • Understanding of print production and comfortable providing direction to thirdparty production teams.
  • Demonstrated strength in project management and the ability to manage workload in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
  • Self-starter who can independently prioritize high-level initiatives as well as daily tasks.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with project management tools preferred, JIRA a plus.
  • May require corporate travel.
  • May require the ability to lift to 25 pounds.

Education

  • BA required.

Compensation Data

Salary disclosure: $30.00-$40.00 hourly salary range
