We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our Ottobock Product Team in Austin, TX! (hybrid work schedule)

 

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic Ottobock Sales Team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the sales, clinical, and product marketing teams and facilitating the execution of strategic initiatives. Your exceptional coordination skills and ability to collaborate with various stakeholders will contribute to the overall success and growth of our sales organization.

Duties & Responsibilities

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

As a Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for the following key duties and responsibilities:

 

  • Lead the rollout of programs, SPIFFs, contests, and key initiatives within the sales team, taking ownership of communication and progress reporting.
  • Assist with ad-hoc reporting, the development and implementation of Account Plans, quarterly business and customer reviews.
  • Act as a liaison with internal CRM teams to integrate sales processes, initiatives, and programs into the platform, ensuring seamless coordination and effective utilization of sales resources.
  • Coordinate sales leadership ride-alongs and customer visits, including travel arrangements for representatives and preparing pre-read performance reports.
  • Support meeting planning, including the organization of annual and regional events, ensuring smooth logistics and successful execution.
  • Coordinate new hire sales trainings and onboarding activities in collaboration with HR, clinical and product teams.
  • Coordinate special customer events, such as certification courses and trial events, ensuring all logistical aspects are managed efficiently.
  • Provide presentation support for Sales Leadership, assisting in the preparation and delivery of compelling and impactful sales presentations

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in a sales support or coordination role, preferably within the healthcare or medical devices industry.
  • Strong proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM platforms, with the ability to leverage technology to streamline sales processes.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, ensuring all sales initiatives and activities are executed flawlessly.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to provide presentation support and generate reports.
  • Experience in Power BI
  • A proactive and self-motivated attitude, with the ability to work independently and take initiative when necessary.

 

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

This role involves working in an office environment with occasional travel requirements for sales meetings and customer visits. The physical demands include extended periods of sitting, occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, or moving up to 25 pounds.
