We are looking for a Sr. Sales Operation/Sales Training Manager to join our Austin Team (hybrid work schedule)

 

This position will support the implementation of the overall sales and marketing strategy at Ottobock Healthcare. This role will also support Sales Enablement activities through data analytics, interacting with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Customer Service and HR.

Duties & Responsibilities

Analytics 

  • Produce and review actionable and accurate sales reporting with analytics 
  • Track and analyze KPIs for growth, win/loss rates, sample placement, quota attainment 
  • Identifying customers and sales opportunities by analyzing sales data and customer trends 
  • Identify individual performance areas to share best practices and opportunities for sales growth. 

Productivity Management 

  • Boost sales productivity by refining customer segmentation, simplifying the sales process and identifying pain points at every stage of the sales funnel 
  • Create and maintain documentation on sales processes, policies, and relevant sales training materials to assist with onboarding new sales talent 
  • Develop, maintain, and track various business agreements 
  • Set up dashboards, reports, and additional sales tools to track sales and identify opportunities 
  • Identify Territory, Region and National coverage areas, to create and maintain Territory coverage map for various sales teams and roles. 
  • Manage MS Teams communication and procedures 

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline or equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • 7+ years experience in sales, business development, sales insights/analytics, territory planning and digital tools/experiences

 Additional Requirements:

  • Knowledge of using and administering Salesforce.com
  • Knowledge of data modeling, analysis, and visualization skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Word; databases, MSTeams, and SalesForce
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
  • Ability to gather large amounts of data and convert it into succinct, meaningful analysis
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general financial information
  • Excellent time management, communication, decision-making, and organization skills
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical thinker with strong theoretical and research proficiencies
