Within the Digital Health Solutions team, we are looking for a talented 3D Graphics/Rendering Web Developer (d/f/m) to strengthen our team in Duderstadt or Berlin – with the flexibility to also work remotely within Germany. Our mission is to develop innovative software solutions that digitalize processes and tools in the field of orthopedic technology, thereby actively shaping the future of healthcare.

The goal of your role is to help shape our customized 3D-printed products and the associated software, thereby contributing to the development of modern web applications. You bring your expertise in 3D development, drive creative ideas forward, and play a key role in designing innovative digital products. In doing so, you work closely with UX/UI design, development, and product management—agile, user-centered, and technology-driven.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Generation of innovative ideas and creation of unique design concepts in the digital realm.
  • Crafting, developing, and implementing cutting-edge 3D solutions for our web applications, with a focus on user-friendliness, performance, and security.
  • Transforming design concepts into functional applications using modern web technologies and frameworks.

Qualifications

  • Successfully completed studies in the field of computer science, electrical engineering, medical technology or comparable
  • Strong experience with real-time graphics programming (GLSL/HLSL/WebGL/Three.js)
  • Proficient in shader development for effects like raycasting, procedural geometry, and custom object creation.
  • Solid understanding of 3D math (vectors, matrices, transformations).
  • Experience with rigging and skinning techniques (skeletal animation, vertex weighting).
  • Familiarity with 3D engines (Unity, Unreal, or Three.js) and DCC tools (Blender, Maya).
  • Ability to collaborate with artists and developers to implement and optimize graphics features.
  • Experience in developing modern web applications with JavaScript/Typescript and Vue.js is highly desirable
  • Good written and spoken English skills.
