As a global healthcare company striving for sustainable and profitable growth our dedicated Corporate Strategy and M&A team is looking for a

 

Senior Manager with a focus on Strategy or M&A / PMI (d/f/m).


In close collaboration with the Ottobock management team and key stakeholders we conduct strategic planning processes, develop key strategic initiatives – and monitor their progress. In the field of acquisitions and post-merger integrations we are responsible to manage our global activities. Over the last three years we have completed numerous strategy projects and closed more than 20 acquisitions. Join our cross-functional team to strengthen one of our pillars – Strategy or M&A/ PMI – and contribute to some of Ottobock’s most important projects incl. the potential IPO preparation.

Tasks

 

  • Strategy: You lead strategic projects in the field of corporate development incl. growth initiatives, organizational development and new business models
  • M&A/ PMI: You lead international M&A and PMI projects including the preparation, valuation, due diligence, negotiation, development of integrated operating models and monitoring 

Profile

 

  • You have successfully completed a relevant Master's degree or MBA
  • You have at least 5 years of relevant professional experience in a leading management consultancy or the strategy/M&A department of a large international company
  • You have outstanding analytical and conceptual skills as well as a solution-oriented way of working
  • Preferably you have experience with company valuations, due diligence, or post-merger integration processes
  • You are a strong communicator in English and preferably in German
  • You are a team player
