Summary Statement
As Global CRM Manager, you will actively shape the development of Ottobock's global CRM strategy.
This is a temporary position as part of a parental leave replacement.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Development and implementation of global CRM plans in close cooperation with the global marketing and sales teams
- Conceptual development of specific kick-off chains (journeys) and campaigns for different target groups within the marketing cloud stream
- Definition of the most important key performance indicators (KPIs) for controlling and ongoing optimization of measures
- Planning and execution of local measures for the acquisition and retention (loyalty) of target groups for relevant core markets
- Execution of qualification measures for segmentation of target groups and development of personalized offer communication and measures
- Integration of global campaigns for the dCRM area and subdivision into S, M, XL marketing packages
- Budget responsibility: planning, responsibility and control of project budgets as well as cost control of measures and projects
- Tracking of progress and its communication and independent presentation to the team, managers and other employees
- Managing the service providers and other implementation partners involvedCross-functional exchange and coordination with BI, Sales and internal stakeholders
- Observing, identifying and analyzing specialist and cross-industry CRM trends and deriving measures and recommendations
Qualifications
- A degree in business, marketing, or computer science
- Several years of professional experience in CRM, app marketing and/or loyalty management
- Solid experience in working with CRM systems (Salesforce), especially marketing cloud
- Knowledge of digital marketing and segmentation based on customer data
- Experience in developing customer loyalty concepts
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment, within a matrix structure and in virtual teams
- Conceptual mindset and persuasiveness
- Fluent negotiation skills in German and English
