Duties & Responsibilities

 

  • Technical leadership of software projects—from defining the architecture and selecting technologies to successful implementation
  • Development of modern web applications (front-end & back-end) in the orthopedic technology field, such as: 
                o Product configurators with 3D/CAD functionalities
                o Ordering and customer portals
                o Mobile and cross-platform applications
  • Responsibility for software architecture, code quality, and technical standards
  • Close collaboration with product management, UX/UI, development teams, and stakeholders
  • Analysis of technological trends and introduction of innovative solutions
  • Ensuring a modern, maintainable, and high-performance software Landscape

Qualifications

 

  • Several years of professional experience in web development (senior level)
  • In-depth knowledge of at least one modern JavaScript framework: 
                o Angular, React, or Vue.js
  • Experience in developing REST APIs, ideally with: 
                o Node.js or .NET Core
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with experience as a Technical Lead
  • Proficiency in software architectures, design patterns, and modern development approaches
  • Proficiency in using modern AI tools, e.g.: 
                o AI-powered development assistants
                o AI-based documentation or test generation
                o Use of generative AI to increase productivity or optimize UI/UX
  • Analytical mindset, high level of personal responsibility, and a passion for complex technical challenges


Nice-to-have

 

  • Knowledge of WebGL, WebAssembly, or Three.js
  • Experience with CI/CD, Git, testing, and secure software development
  • Experience with browser-based CAD/3D modeling
  • Experience with mobile technologies (Progressive Web Apps, hybrid apps, etc.)
