Summary Statement

 

In close collaboration with the executive board and key stakeholders, the Corporate Strategy and M&A department drives strategic planning processes, develops key initiatives, and monitors their implementation. In the M&A field, we are also responsible for global acquisition processes. Join this cross-functional team – with a focus on M&A – and contribute to challenging and impactful projects at Ottobock.

Duties & Responsibilities

 

  • Identification and analysis of potential targets as well as initiation of transactions
  • Support in due diligence processes
  • Support in contract negotiations
  • Preparation of business plans and company valuations
  • Development of integration concepts and target operating models
  • Milestone and financial tracking of completed projects

Qualifications

 

  • Successfully completed Master’s degree
  • Relevant professional experience in a leading management consultancy or in the strategy/M&A department of a large international company
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills as well as a solution-oriented working style
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English
  • Open personality and strong team player
