Summary Statement
As a Trainer (d/f/m) Therapy in the field of NeuroMobility, you will develop and create versatile diagnosis-based training concepts for neurological diseases. In this role, you will develop and train both basic and in-depth care knowledge and thus support colleagues and external partners in providing even better care for specific patient groups. In this way, you will make a decisive contribution to maintaining the quality of life of patients by communicating to the various medical specialist groups the extent to which technical care solutions can holistically support therapy.
The position is temporary for 2 years.
Duties & Responsibilities
- You will create target group specific concepts for trainings, training materials and e-learnings for various neurological diagnoses and the associated care solutions
- You will assist in the development of diagnostic excellence programs and advise other markets on the implementation and improvement of these programs
- You will participate in conferences, trade shows, and networking events as part of your clinical education efforts
- You will assist with user supplies as part of your scope of work
- You will work in an interdisciplinary manner with various interfaces such as the Sales Unit, Patient Care, Diagnosis Excellence Programs or Product Management
Profile
- You have successfully completed your physio/occupational therapy training - supplementary studies in the fields of medical technology, marketing or communication would be desirable
- You have extensive clinical knowledge and have been able to gain at least 5 years of professional experience in the treatment of people with neurological diseases (cross-section, MS, CP, strokes)
- You have a high technical affinity, understand biomechanical relationships and the functioning of complex products
- Conceptual work is easy for you and you are confident in using MS Office, digital media and tools
- At best you are trained in moderation, presentation and didactics
- Your English skills are very good, both written and spoken
- You have strong communication skills, are a team player, flexible (willing to travel) and innovative
