Summary Statement
The Computer System Validation (CSV) team contributes to the quality assurance of IT systems at Ottobock. With established tools and an agile way of working, we want to digitize the validation process. Support us in building a validated toolchain that can be used across departments.
Duties & Responsibilities
- You support the colleagues from the validation team in the process digitalization using Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence).
- You will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Configuration of documentation templates within the applications
- Creation of workflows with electronic signatures according to regulatory requirements
- Creation of user manuals
- Configuration of Scrum and Kanban boards
- Assistance for pilot teams
Profile
- You have a degree in (business) informatics or a comparable field of study
- You are interested in digitalization and process automation and have some practical knowledge in (agile) project management
- You have an affinity for IT and are interested in new technologies and methods
- You want to contribute to the success of the project through your commitment and embody our corporate culture characterized by team spirit, flexibility and dedication
- Empathy and strong communication skills round off your profile
- You score with your good German and English skills
