Duties & Responsibilities
- Performing job analyses and efficiently categorizing leads
- Intensive customer relationship management in various phases of the CRM process
- Coordination and organization of customer appointments and demo days, including planning and implementation
- Sales support through lively product demonstrations and participation in trade fairs
- Support in the preparation and dispatch of quotations
- Participation in mailing campaigns and customer promotions
- Professionally processing customer inquiries in German and English and
- Active, international communication with our distribution partners
Qualifications
- Ongoing Master's degree in economics, industrial engineering or similar
- Initial practical experience in sales and strategy, ideally in a consulting or start-up environment
- Enthusiasm for numbers and solving complex tasks
- Fluency in German and English (at least C1 level)
- Proficient with PowerPoint and Excel
