Summary Statement


You will work in the exciting interface between our core organization, the internal Digital Startups and the external partners and startups and will be guided by very experienced Digital Managers. You can expect varied tasks and exciting insights into the digital transformation of the O&P industry.

Duties & Responsibilities


  • Reveal user needs through applying design methodology as well as support in visualization of concepts
  • Contribute to facilitate the consultation with all necessary stakeholders involved and assist the team by preparing meetings and project documentation
  • Illustrate design ideas with wireframes, user-flows and storyboards and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
  • Plan, shoot and deliver short Videos explaining the Value Proposition of our digital solutions and unboxing of existing digital solutions for internal and external use




  • Enrolled student within Industrial Engineering, Graphic/Industrial/Media Design or similar field of study 
  • You have strong visualization and excellent communication skills and you are able to work independently
  • Experience in multimedia content creation like video shooting and editing or podcasts is a plus
  • Confident use of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Fluent in German and English 
  • Shared Portfolio with proof of work would be nice to have
