Country Manager France (d/f/m)

Purpose of Job

Established as a new business unit in 2018, Ottobock Bionic Exoskeleton (www.paexo.com) aims to offer technical solutions that improve working conditions for employees in physically demanding environments. To support our growth, we are looking for an experienced Country Manager (d/f/m) who builds up our sales business in France and leads a strong and passionate team.

Tasks

  • You drive direct sales and business development in the field of logistics, transportation, automotive and healthcare
  • You present the portfolio of Paexo exoskeletons (initially through virtual channels), execute and support tests at the customer’s premises 
  • You build up and manage large-scale projects by analysing the customer situation, developing customized product solutions and accompanying  the implementation of the products
  • You maintain the relationship with key stakeholders, key opinion leaders and represent Ottobock at standard committees
  • You develop marketing and sales plans and prepare forecasts
  • You expand an existing sales team and motivate them to achieve individual and team sales targets  

Profile

  • Successfully completed studies in industrial engineering, work planning, industrial science or a comparable field of study
  • Proven track record in B2B sales of complex products in the fields of logistics, ergonomics, automotive or healthcare 
  • Leadership personality combined with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Strong communication skills in French and English (business fluent)
  • Willingness to travel
