Summary Statement

Duties & Responsibilities
- Coordination of several national/international projects/sub-projects in the IT HR strategy area
- Independent processing of own projects/subprojects and work files
- Project management for documentation and tracking in Sciforma, preparation of slides and decision bases for different target groups, including Steering
- Recording, analysis and assessment of business and technical requirements within the scope of the implementation project
- Analysis and impact assessment on the solution in operation
- Preparatory and support activities in test and UAT preparation as well as related documentation
- Error analysis, follow-up and tracking in exchange with the 3rd level support as well as the implementation partner during system implementation
- Support and optimization of business processes based on requirements and business cases (such as Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance & Goals and Learning)
- Recording, analysis and evaluation of business and technical requirements as well as support of the subsequent technical implementation in SF
- Support during rollouts of the application
- Support for the global integration of systems to be connected to SF
- Documentation of services and concepts
- Coordination and control of external service providers for the application management service
- Control of the deployment of internal and external resources for projects and applications.
Profile
- Completed studies in the field of (business) computer science or comparable education
- Several years (at least 3 - 4 years) of project experience in the implementation of HR IT systems (ideally SAP SuccessFactors)
- Sound knowledge of requirements management and test management in a cloud environment
- Good process knowledge in the area of Human Capital Management and/or in the area of Success Factors
- Several years of in-depth experience in application support for SAP SuccessFactors
- Experience with the integration of connected systems via CPI is an advantage
- Understanding of system and integration architectures
- Experience with agile project management methods (SCRUM)
- Experience in support/collaboration with external AMS providers
- Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
