Purpose of Job
The Business Process Management (BPM) department at Ottobock aims to advance the global harmonization of digital end-to-end processes. This is intended to reduce complexity and at the same time improve the maturity of a dynamically growing organization. As a Business Process Engineer (d/f/m) with a focus on our Patient Care units, you act as a link between Business Process Owner (BPO), Patient Care stakeholders and IT Business Partners and actively develop global business processes in the field of Patient Care.
Tasks
- You lead Business Process Re/Engineering projects in the field of Patient Care (PC)
- You work closely with the VP Patient Care, the international Patient Care stakeholders and interface partners (Business Process Owners) to
- to incorporate / coordinate the requirements
- develop the solution design and
- to be responsible for their implementation
- You consult the VP Patient Care by identifying and presenting potential improvements and implementing appropriate measures to achieve them sustainably
- You develop process standards in the international PC environment and support the local units in their results-oriented implementation. You already take into account the systemic mapping of the processes in the solution design
- You actively shape the goal of Patient Care from a business process perspective and are actively involved in its implementation
- You support the department in creating process documentation in our process application AENEIS
Profile
- Ideally completed studies in industrial engineering, business informatics, orthobionics or a similar education
- 3 – 5 years of professional experience in project management in an international environment
- Professional experience in patient care desirable
- Knowledge of business process modeling (techniques and tools) as well as ERP systems
- Knowledge of German and English very good in spoken and written language
- Analytical thinking as well as self-responsible and result-oriented working methods
