As part of the implementation of a new Business Suite, Business Process Management is establishing seamless, efficient and standardised end-to-end processes for the international Patient Care Organisation.


The focus of this role is on the Order-to-Cash process. You will actively shape the future core processes from service delivery through billing and make a significant contribution to the success of the international transformation.

Duties & Responsibilities

 

  • Take responsibility for the design and continuous development of the end-to-end Order-to-Cash process within the Patient Care Organisation, from service delivery through billing to payment receipt
  • Analyse existing processes and identify optimisation opportunities with the aim of sustainably improving patient care, service quality and process efficiency
  • Develop and implement standardised process and system solutions for the Order-to-Cash process as part of the introduction of a new Business Suite
  • Collaborate closely with international business functions, local organisations, IT and external partners to establish global process standards
  • Contribute to testing, rollouts and continuous improvement activities to ensure successful implementation and sustainable process quality

Qualifications

 

  • Successfully completed a degree in Business Administration, Business Information Systems, Industrial Engineering or a comparable qualification gained through professional experience
  • Relevant professional experience in Business Process Management, Process Engineering or the implementation of ERP or business systems
  • Sound understanding of end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes, as well as an interest in their functional and system-based development within ERP or business applications
  • Experience with or a strong interest in the design, standardisation and optimisation of cross-functional business processes in an international environment
  • Very good German and English language skills as well as enthusiasm for working in transformation projects
