Purpose of Job
The Business Process Management (BPM) department at Ottobock aims to advance the global harmonization of digital end-to-end processes. This is intended to reduce complexity and at the same time improve the maturity of a dynamically growing organization. As a Business Process Engineer (d/f/m) with a focus on make-to-distribute, you promote close collaboration with IT and act as a link between Business Process Owner (BPO), production stakeholders and IT business partners. This enables you to actively shape the business processes in the production environment.
Tasks
- You lead Business Process Re/Engineering projects in the area of Make-to-Distribute
- You work closely with the VP's Production, Production Engineering and Quality, as well as their direct reports, to provide project-related information to
- incorporate / coordinate the requirements
- develop the solution design and
- be responsible for their implementation
- You consult the VP's by identifying and presenting improvement potentials and implementing appropriate measures in order to realize them sustainably
- You develop process standards within our production network and support the production plants in their result-oriented implementation. You already take into account the systemic mapping of the processes in the solution design
- You contribute to the design of an efficient production network through the business process view and actively support the implementation
- You support the department in creating process documentation in our process application AENEIS
Profile
- Ideally completed studies in industrial engineering, business informatics or a similar education
- 3 – 5 years of professional experience in project management in an international environment
- Professional experience in the field of Production, Production Engineering or Quality desirable
- Knowledge of business process modeling (techniques and tools) as well as ERP, MES and CAQ systems
- Knowledge of German and English very good in spoken and written language
- Analytical thinking as well as self-responsible and result-oriented working methods
