Sales & Care Specialist Electric Wheelchairs (d/f/m)

Summary Statement

To strengthen our team in the field of NeuroMobility for the region west germany (NRW) we are looking for a Sales and Care Specialist (d/w/m) in the field of electric wheelchairs as soon as possible.

Duties & Responsibilities

- In your function, you are an Ottobock brand ambassador in the NeuroMobility area (orthotics and wheelchairs).

- You are responsible for acquiring new customers in the area of NeuroMobility

- You are responsible for supporting existing customers (medical supply stores, orthopaedic workshops, clinics/therapy facilities)

- You will be responsible for advising and fitting electric wheelchairs directly to customers with users on site (at specialist retailers, in clinics, in the home environment)

- You conduct sales negotiations with potential and existing customers

- You implement superior sales strategies in your area in a targeted manner

- You carry out market analyses and market observations with regard to competitors, cost units and changes in the customer structure

- You will support customers and users in the reimbursement process for our products


- You have basic medical knowledge of the relevant clinical pictures 

- You have already gained experience in the field of rehabilitation technology

- You have a good understanding of mechatronics as well as basic commercial knowledge

- You have already gained experience with presentation and sales techniques

- You have excellent communication skills and enjoy enthusing customers about our products

- You are characterized by a high customer and service orientation

- You are willing to travel within Germany, the main focus will be in the NRW area
