Purpose of Job

 

The Business Process Management (BPM) department pursues the goal of improving business processes from start to finish. For this purpose, processes are analyzed, modeled and optimized with the help of our software tool Aeneis. As Junior Application Owner (d/w/m) you will be responsible for the implementation, administration and continuous improvement of the BPM application in cooperation with various departments.

Tasks

 

  • Recording of regulatory requirements for solutions and elaboration of concepts for software solutions
  • Definition and control of modeling standards for business processes
  • Drive and support end-to-end process standards
  • Process owner for BPM-internal processes
  • Planning and coordination of collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
  • Planning and execution of CS validations of the BPM tool
  • Leading workshops and trainings
  • Support for process design, global process harmonization and documentation

Profile

 

  • Completed studies or comparable training, preferably in the field of business informatics, industrial engineering 
  • First practical experience and basic knowledge in quality management (ISO 13485)
  • Confident handling of common MS Office programs; knowledge of database technologies and standards advantageous 
  • Independent and result-oriented action
  • Good knowledge of German and English
