Summary Statement

As an employee in customer service, you are the direct contact to our customers. You take care of all customer needs and promote customer loyalty and satisfaction.

You can expect a wide range of tasks as well as exciting insights into Ottobock's product portfolio and business processes as part of market development.

The position is initially limited to two years.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • You are the contact person for our customers in the German and Austrian market

  • You support customers in all aspects of the NeuroMobility business unit (orthotics & rehabilitation). Your focus will be the Human Mobility area (manual and power wheelchairs, rehabilitation products for children, seating and positioning solutions)

  • Your area of responsibility includes the preparation of offers, the processing of orders, technical consulting and the handling of complaints

  • In addition, you support our customers in using digital channels, e.g. the online shop

  • In this role you will work closely with various departments, such as Market Management, Sales and the Complaints Department

Profile

  • You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship or a comparable qualification

  • Ideally, you already have several years of experience in customer service and have technical expertise

  • You have good MS Office skills, SAP R3 skills are advantageous

  • You are characterized by a structured and independent way of working 

  • Your profile is rounded off by a high degree of resilience, communication and team skills as well as a pronounced customer and service orientation

  • You have a business fluent command of the German language
