Summary Statement
SUITX by Ottobock (former Bionic Exoskeletons) was established in 2018 as a new business unit and aims to provide technical solutions that improve working conditions for employees in physically demanding environments. In the role as Global Key Account Manager you will be responsible for the active strategic expansion of our key customers, who are global industry leaders in the market. Your goal is to establish Ottobock as the preferred supplier for the entire exoskeleton product portfolio worldwide.
The position can also be filled remotely within Germany.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Strategic development and expansion of international key customers in the areas of mobility, logistics and retail with global sales responsibility for the respective customers
- Systematic establishment of contact with decision-makers on a global level as well as central interfaces and further establishment of our product portfolio as a standard application for customers
- Presentation of the Ottobock exoskeleton product portfolio, product demonstrations and support during on-site tests
- Development of customer-specific solutions and negotiation of framework contracts
- Analysis of the customer and competitive situation to adapt the sales strategy and further develop customer-specific marketing plans in close cooperation with the marketing team
- Continuous feedback of customer feedback for the (further) development of new product solutions (interface management)
- Presentations and product demonstrations at associations, institutes and interest groups (symposia, conferences, webinars, etc.)
- Active support at trade fairs and customer-specific events
Profile
- You have successfully completed a degree in industrial engineering, economics or a comparable field of study
- You have already gained many years of international experience in B2B sales (ideally in the fields of logistics, mobility or retail)
- You have been succesfull in setting up and expanding key accounts and have helped to develop sales strategies in the past
- You have strong communication and (virtual) presentation skills and a convincing appearance in social media
- You act independently, are flexible and have a high willingness to travel internationally (focus: Germany)
- You speak German and English fluent, other customer/market-related languages are desirable
- Persuasiveness, enthusiasm and motivation complete your profile
