In the growth area of NeuroMobility, we develop patient-centered and technology-based solutions for individuals with neurologically induced mobility impairments. As a Global Product Manager (Innovation) (d/f/m), you will be responsible for establishing a new product segment with the potential to set new standards in care and therapy.
To strengthen our team in Berlin/Duderstadt, we are looking for a forward-thinking and assertive Global Product Manager (Innovation) (d/f/m).
Duties & Responsibilities
- Development of an innovative product segment in the field of orthotics
- Responsibility for the short- and long-term product roadmap, aligning with indications and contributing to or ensuring consistency with the overall strategy
- Acting as the Strategic Marketing Lead in the development process and/or project management for cooperation or acquisition projects
- Analysis of the specific competitive environment, customer structures, as well as care and sales processes
- Ensuring the collection of relevant requirements for new solutions from user, provider, and business perspectives
- Creation and review of the Business Plan/Investment Case
- Preparation for market launch, including stakeholder management, early initiation of KOL (Key Opinion Leader) management, and Market Access management
- Responsibility for the development of launch strategies in collaboration with sales/Go-to-Market teams
- Management of the entire lifecycle of the assigned product segments
Qualifications
- You have completed a degree in medical technology, business administration, or natural sciences, or possess a comparable qualification; experience in the orthopedic-therapeutic field is an advantage
- You have several years of professional experience in international product management and/or innovation management
- You are adept at navigating complex project structures and adapting to changing requirements
- Your ability to communicate complex matters clearly and in a way that suits stakeholders sets you apart
- You bring your open and engaging personality effectively to international teams
- Your German and English language skills are excellent
- You are willing to travel nationally and internationally
