To strengthen our team in Duderstadt/Berlin, we are looking for a Global Product Manager (d/w/m) with strong communication and assertiveness skills.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsibility for an extended product portfolio or product group
- Portfolio management: growth-oriented development and expansion of the product portfolio and lifecycle management, role of Strategic Marketing Lead in the development process
- Responsible for the conception of all portfolio measures (e.g. market analysis, profitability and target cost calculations incl. margin optimization)
- Identifying gaps in the portfolio and collecting and evaluating ideas for new products
- Ensuring the collection of relevant requirements for products/solutions
- Distribution and integration: taking over cooperation and integration projects
Profile
- Completed university or technical college studies (economics, industrial engineering, orthopedic technology, natural sciences or technical studies (electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, etc.))
- Several years of professional experience in international product management
- High technical and commercial understanding
- Business fluent in written and spoken English
- Experience in marketing and sales (B2B2C products) desirable
- Convincing, communicative and open personality
- Confident appearance towards external partners and internal stakeholders
- Willingness to travel internationally
- Knowledge in the creation of business cases
- Basic knowledge in (agile) project management
