Summary Statement
Global IT is the central partner of the global Ottobock business - we see ourselves as an enabler and provide the entire portfolio of infrastructure and applications to make the business even more successful. We are looking for an IT Demand Manager (d/f/m) who is a translator and coordinator with strong communication and organizational skills to develop sustainable and feasible IT solution concepts from the requirements of our specialist departments.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Derivation and detailed description of IT requirements or desired changes
- Development of technical IT solution concepts in coordination with the specialist departments, external service providers, business process consultants, application managers, enterprise architecture, IT compliance/information security, data privacy, procurement and legal
- Determining the effort and costs of the desired solution, risk assessment and preparation of the approval decision
- Managing the use of internal and external resources in relation to the reliable provision of services, including the resolution of critical issues
- Coordination and prioritization of IT requirements in close coordination with the specialist departments and central IT managers
Qualifications
- Successfully completed studies in the field of business informatics, other relevant subjects or comparable qualification
- Several years of international professional experience in the areas of demand management and project coordination
- Knowledge of solution architecture with a holistic view of business solutions
- Solid IT knowledge and process understanding of the business side
- Confident handling of appropriate communication and documentation tools
- Strong understanding of service combined with results-oriented thinking and assertiveness
- Strong communication and assertiveness skills, willingness to deal with conflict and customer orientation, strategic and tactical planning skills and ability to work in a team
- High level of motivation to find solutions to professional and technical problems quickly, jointly and adequately
- Business fluent German and good English skills
