Summary Statement
We are looking for an experienced IT Service Owner for Global Identity & Access Management (IAM) who is passionate about developing, implementing and monitoring identity and access management solutions across our organization. The IT Service Owner IAM will work closely with Global IT colleagues, the global Leadership Team and business units internationally to ensure that access rights to all IT systems and data in our organization are managed appropriately and securely.
The position can also be filled remotely within Germany.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement IAM strategies and policies that meet business requirements and compliance standards.
- Control, integrate and optimize the identity lifecycle (joiner, mover, (urgent) leaver) across systems and recertify for internal, external and temporary identities
- Implementation and maintenance of IAM systems and processes, including identity management, access control, role modeling, and application and system access monitoring
- Identify and manage risks associated with identity and access management
- Assist with the management and monitoring of access controls for accounting-related systems
- Collaborate with the cybersecurity team to ensure all IAM solutions are compliant with current security requirements
- Assist in the system-based management of privileged access rights (PAM).
- Manage IAM tools and authentication technologies, including federation, single sign-on, multi-factor authentication, identity governance, and more
- Provide technical direction to internal resources and external IT service providers involved in global IAM processes and projects
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT security or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in Identity & Access Management in complex, international companies
- Experience in implementing and managing IAM systems and tools
- Knowledge of IT security standards and compliance requirements (e.g. ISO 27001, GDPR, HIPAA)
- Knowledge of IAM processes, tools, and technologies such as directory services, single sign-on, multi-factor authentication, identity governance, and more
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Business fluent in German and English
