Summary Statement
As an International Trainer CPO (d/f/m) in the Global Academy, you will train our employees and customers, carry out certifications and create conceptual and content-related training content. Through your work, you will support colleagues and external partners in providing even better care for specific patient groups by keeping them up to date on products, application techniques and therapeutic procedures.
The position is available immediately for our company site either in Berlin or in Duderstadt near Göttingen.
Duties & Responsibilities
- In this position, you will manage the training program and content in the respective specialist area and be responsible for business development with regard to the further development of this program
- You will conduct national and international seminars
- As a member of the Global Academy, you will be responsible for coordinating certifications and training courses and will be involved in the processes
- Together with the team, you will develop training guidelines, methodical and didactic training concepts and digital methods
- Your tasks will also include product training, supporting visitor groups and appearing at trade fairs and congresses
Qualifications
- You are an orthopaedic technician with several years of professional experience or have completed a technical degree in the relevant field
- You have 3 to 5 years of professional experience - of which you have worked in the training segment for at least 3 years
- You are flexible and willing to travel (up to 50%)
- You are considered a strong communicator and a team player
- You are fluent in German, but also feel confident in English (technical English)
- You are familiar with common office applications (Outlook, PowerPoint, MS Teams)
