Summary Statement

 

In this role, you will actively shape the company's communication with the capital markets and take responsibility for selected capital markets law, compliance, and corporate governance topics. Working closely with the Executive Board, Finance, and Legal teams, you will help strengthen the transparency, compliance, and reputation of a publicly listed company.

Duties & Responsibilities

 

  • Develop and implement investor relations activities targeting analysts, institutional investors, and other capital market participants
  • Support the preparation of quarterly, half-year, and annual reports, as well as capital market-related presentations
  • Organize and coordinate Annual General Meetings, Capital Market Days, and other capital market events
  • Manage and continuously enhance the Investor Relations website
  • Ensure compliance with capital markets disclosure and transparency requirements applicable to a publicly listed company
  • Contribute to corporate governance, compliance, and capital market-related initiatives, including the further development of relevant processes and policies
  • Analyze capital market and competitor information and prepare recommendations for internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate closely with internal departments as well as external advisors and regulatory authorities

Qualifications

 

  • University degree or comparable qualification, preferably with a focus on business administration, finance, economics, or law
  • Several years of professional experience in investor relations, compliance, corporate governance, capital markets law, or a comparable environment
  • Sound understanding of capital markets, compliance, and corporate governance topics
  • Structured way of working, strong analytical skills, and a high sense of responsibility
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence in interacting with internal and external stakeholders
  • Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken
