Summary Statement

 

In this role, you will delve deeply into the behavior of our customers and the dynamics of our markets. You will make numbers speak, transform data into clear storylines, and help us identify opportunities before others see them. If you enjoy uncovering connections and making complex topics understandable, you will fit perfectly into our Market Intelligence & Business Modeling team.

Duties & Responsibilities

 

•    Aggregation, analysis, and consolidation of data from external and internal sources on consumer behavior and market mechanisms, and participation in the generation of insights based on this data
•    Identification and evaluation of trends, patterns, and other correlations in the data, and assessment of their strategic or operational relevance with regard to potential growth opportunities
•    Creating, expanding, and maintaining customer journeys and simulation models to describe consumer behavior, markets, and market relationships, as well as to forecast market developments
•    Working with scenarios and evaluating them
•    Data visualizations to support decision-making, both operationally and strategically, using interactive dashboards, reports, and presentations

Qualifications

 

•    Completed degree (economics, marketing, statistics, data science, etc.)
•    Professional experience in creating market, potential, and forecast models and calculating business cases
•    Relevant knowledge of data analysis and statistics
•    Very good analytical and conceptual skills as well as strong strategic thinking
•    Confident use of common analysis, reporting, AI, and BI tools 
•    Very good English and MS Office skills
•    High level of personal responsibility and enthusiasm for new trends
