Summary Statement

In this role, you will be responsible for the successful settlement of bonuses to our business partners as well as the coordination and implementation of digitization projects. In this way, you make a valuable contribution to increasing our customer satisfaction.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • In this position, you are a central interface in the customer service department for the supervision and support of projects relating to new processes or the optimisation of existing processes (digitalisation, CRM, ...)
  • You coordinate projects independently in cooperation with the interface managers (marketing, sales, IT)
  • You are responsible for research work and the creation and evaluation of simulations and reports regarding KPIs in customer service
  • You analyse and evaluate sales/turnover of business partners and customers for the subsequent implementation of bonus settlements
  • You are the contact person for the management, managers and business partners/customers with regard to the calculation and payment of bonuses
  • You support the improvement of the master data quality and independently carry out clarifications in case of discrepancies


  • You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship or a business administration degree and have already gained professional experience in the economic field
  • You have experience in commercial processes and customer communication
  • You have a quick grasp of process flows
  • You are characterised by an independent, efficient, structured and reliable way of working
  • You are a communication talent and enjoy working in a team
  • We require a secure handling of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ideally, you have SAP R/3 knowledge
  • Your profile is rounded off by a strong numerical understanding
