In the growing field of NeuroMobility, we develop patient-centered and technology-driven solutions for people with neurologically induced mobility impairments. For our Electrostimulation division, we are looking for a committed Product Manager (d/f/m) to strengthen our team in Berlin or Duderstadt and actively contribute to the further development of our product portfolio.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage and further develop an existing product portfolio in the field of electrostimulation (exopulse, FES).
- Create and implement product strategies aligned with the overall NeuroMobility strategy and define short- and mid-term roadmaps.
- Define and prioritize product requirements, taking user and healthcare provider perspectives into account.
- Act as the Strategic Marketing Lead in the development process and/or project lead for cooperation or acquisition projects.
- Collaborate closely with development teams, marketing, sales, and other stakeholders to ensure successful execution of product initiatives.
- Analyze the competitive landscape, customer structures, as well as care and sales processes to identify trends and optimization opportunities.
- Support the preparation and execution of product launches, including training materials and marketing resources.
- Monitor the product life cycle and conduct regular performance analyses.
- Assist in the creation of business cases and decision templates
Qualifications
- Successfully completed degree in medical technology, electrical engineering, business administration, or a comparable qualification.
- Experience in product management, ideally in the medical technology sector or related fields.
- Knowledge in electrostimulation or related therapeutic technologies is advantageous.
- Ability to clearly analyze, structure, and communicate complex requirements to specific target groups.
- Enjoy working with interdisciplinary and international teams.
- Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken.
- Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.
