In the growth area of NeuroMobility, we develop patient-centered and technology-driven solutions for people with neurologically induced mobility impairments. For the Lower Limb Orthotics segment, we are looking for a dedicated Product Manager (d/f/m) to strengthen our team in Berlin or Duderstadt and actively contribute to the further development of our product portfolio.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Responsible for maintaining and further developing an existing product portfolio in the Lower Limb Orthotics area.
- Development and implementation of product strategies in alignment with the overall NeuroMobility strategy, including defining short- and mid-term roadmaps.
- Acting as the Strategic Marketing Lead in the development process and/or project management for cooperation or acquisition projects.
- Definition and prioritization of product requirements, taking into account user and provider perspectives.
- Close collaboration with development teams, marketing, sales, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of product initiatives.
- Supporting the preparation and execution of market launches, including training materials and marketing content.
- Analyzing the competitive landscape, customer structures, and care and sales processes to identify trends and optimization potentials.
- Monitoring the product lifecycle and conducting regular performance analyses.
- Supporting the creation of business cases and decision proposals.
Qualifications
- Successfully completed studies in business administration, medical technology, or a comparable qualification.
- Experience in product management, ideally in medical technology or related fields.
- Ability to analyze and structure complex requirements and present them clearly to target audiences.
- Enthusiasm for technology and innovation topics.
- Results-oriented working style and strong team spirit.
- Enjoyment of working with interdisciplinary and international teams.
- Excellent German and English skills, both spoken and written.
- Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.
