Project Lead Treatment Management (d/f/m)

Summary Statement

For the development of necessary concepts and infrastructure we are looking for an operational Project Lead to make this exciting change journey successful. 

Duties & Responsibilities

- You are responsible for creating suitable structures and processes - So far, there is no professional project management in this area. This is to be installed with the upcoming treatment programs

- You will ensure the management of the different project workstreams as well as the support of the respective project team - The project teams consist of clinical & process experts, marketing & sales in global and local functions

- Additionally, creating transparency for internal and external users by tracking and reporting the status of the project will be key

- You are responsible  for the overall planning of the project (time, costs, work packages, project results, resources, etc.) and its milestones and integration of all line subplans 

- You are responsible for the overall outcome of the project and accountability to the project client 

- You will closely work with the Head of Treatment program managers and reports to them


- Subject-specific studies in the field of economics (preferably Master's degree)

- Experienced, methodologically strong project manager with experience in organizational development projects

- 3 years of experience as project leader

- Knowledge and experience in agile project management

- Ideally, healthcare experience in diabetes, neurological or orthopedic indications, post-surgical care, or rehabilitation

- Fluent in spoken and written English (project language)

- Willingness to travel is expected
