Summary Statement
The Business Process Management (BPM) department at Ottobock aims to drive global harmonization of digital end-to-end processes. This initiative seeks to reduce complexity while simultaneously enhancing the maturity of our dynamically growing organization. Among other objectives, we strive to optimize our HR processes and transform them in a forward-looking direction. To successfully navigate this crucial step, we are seeking a Project Manager (m/f/d) for the introduction/improvement of HR processes and their systemic implementation at the earliest opportunity.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Project management for the implementation and advancement of HR systems
- Coordination of teams and stakeholders in an international environment. Close alignment with departments and IT
- Analysis of HR processes and identification of optimization potentials
- Ensuring smooth integration of new systems and processes
- Conducting training sessions and supporting users in system utilization
- Continuous evaluation and improvement of HR systems and processes
Qualifications
- Several years of experience in project management within an international context
- In-depth knowledge of HR processes and systems
- Proven experience in implementing SAP SuccessFactors (SF)
- Preferably experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll & Time
- Strong communication and team skills
- Analytical thinking and solution orientation
- Fluent in German and English
