R&D Controller (d/f/m)

Summary Statement

As an R&D Controller (d/f/m), you will support our global and local R&D management as well as our project managers in project planning. Your goal is to provide meaningful insights into costs, project status, and adherence to schedules. In doing so, you will actively contribute to the successful implementation of innovative development projects that enhance the mobility and quality of life for many people.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Develop and manage planning, forecasts, and budgets for ongoing R&D projects as well as cost centers within the R&D department
• Support project managers through controlling, variance analysis, and reporting at both local and global levels
• Coordinate the allocation and capitalization of development efforts in accordance with IFRS and support audits
• Execute month-end closing activities, cost tracking, and time recording for R&D projects
• Further develop project reporting and relevant processes in close collaboration with interdisciplinary teams

Qualifications

• Completed studies in business administration or a comparable qualification
• Experience in R&D controlling or project controlling is an advantage; strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with SAP tools is desirable
• Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken
• Strong communication skills and the ability to present complex topics in a clear and understandable manner
