Summary Statement
Are you fascinated by digitization and interested in business contexts? As an SAP HR Technical Consultant (d/w/m), you will use smart IT solutions and concepts to ensure that our employees can work more efficiently and that our patients receive even better care.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Central, technical contact for all IT issues in the HR environment (cross-module and cross-application)
- Creation of solution design/architecture in close collaboration with Enterprise Architecture Management to contribute to the digital transformation in HR
- Coordination with functional experts (EAM, IT security, infrastructure, data protection, validation team, works council) and targeted implementation of task packages
- Consulting and support in the introduction and further development of processes and applications in the area of HR (HR Suite, Payroll, digital personnel file, etc.)
- Consulting of key users / BPM of the respective applications in the fulfillment of functional business process and evaluation requirements as well as in the design of new process solution approaches
- Taking over project management based on current project management methods
- Definition and implementation of support concepts (operating model concept, operating manual, change management, release management) as well as monitoring to ensure smooth operations
- Implementation of change requests
- Controlling the deployment of internal and external resources for projects and applications
Profile
- Completed studies in the field of (business) information technology or comparable training
- Sound professional experience as an IT consultant in process and optimization projects in the area of Human Capital Management
- Ideally several years of professional experience as a Solution Designer/Architect in the area of Human Capital Management
- Ideally cross-module integration skills
- Independent and proactive way of working, analytical and conceptual way of thinking, strong communication skills
- Knowledge of business process visualization (e.g. BPMN) is an advantage
- Experience with agile project management methods (SCRUM)
- Sound knowledge of requirements and test management
- Experience in support/collaboration with external AMS providers
- Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
