Summary Statement
Are you fascinated by digitization and interested in business contexts? As an SAP HR Technical Consultant (d/w/m), you will use smart IT solutions and concepts to ensure that our employees can work more efficiently and that our patients receive even better care.
The position can also be filled remotely within Germany.
Duties & Responsibilities
- You are the central technical contact for all IT issues in the HR environment (across modules and applications)
- In close cooperation with Enterprise Architecture Management, you are responsible for the creation of solution design/architecture in order to contribute to the digital transformation in HR
- You coordinate with subject matter experts (EAM, IT security, infrastructure, data protection, validation team, works council) to specifically implement the task packages
- You advise and support the introduction and further development of processes and applications in the HR area (HR Suite, Payroll, digital personnel file, etc.) as well as
- Advising key users / BPM of the respective applications in meeting functional business process and evaluation requirements and in designing new process solution approaches
- Takeover of project management based on current project management methods
- Definition and implementation of support concepts (operating model concept, operating manual, change management, release management) as well as supervision (monitoring) to ensure smooth operation are your responsibility as well as
- Implementation of change requests and control of the deployment of internal and external resources for projects and applications
Profile
- You have a degree in the field of (business) informatics or a comparable apprenticeship
- You have sound professional experience as an IT consultant in process and optimization projects in the area of Human Capital Management (HCM)
- Ideally, you have several years of professional experience as a solution designer/architect and have cross-module integration skills
- Independent and proactive way of working, analytical and conceptual way of thinking, distinctive communication skills complete your profile
- Knowledge of business process visualization (e.g. BPMN) is an advantage
- You have experience with agile project management methods (SCRUM) and experience in support/collaboration with external AMS providers
- You have profound knowledge in requirements and test management as well as
- very good written and spoken German and English skills
