Summary Statement
As a Tender Manager (d/f/m), you are responsible for the successful participation and implementation of international tenders in the region. You will increase the success rate and achieve profitable growth in the tendering business. You will also align internal departments.
The position is available immediately at the company site in Duderstadt near Göttingen.
Duties & Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for monitoring and processing the tendering business in the region
- To this end, you will set up a tender database, develop it further and collect market data
- You will verify the tender information with the tenderers, Area Management and Customer Service
- You will manage a professional tendering process
- You will define and create tender KPIs and tender reporting to top management
- Pre-tender processing is also one of your tasks
- You will review the tender conditions with the internal process partners
- You will prepare the pricing with the area management
- You will follow up on outstanding offers
- You are also responsible for the coordination and implementation of tenders
- You will ensure a continuous flow of information about open and pending tenders
- You will manage the internal and external coordination of tender implementation (including trouble shooting)
- Strategic tasks include advising the Head of Sales Export on tender management issues and developing further market potential
Qualifications
- You have a Master's degree or a degree in a relevant field
- You have at least 8 years of suitable professional experience and are familiar with international sales & marketing
- You have an affinity for MedTech and have strong intercultural skills, are proactive, goal-oriented and a team player
- You are fit in MS Office/SAP topics
- Your communication skills are excellent, also in English (C1)
