Purpose of Job

In the role of Sales and Development Manager Exoskeletons (d/w/m) for the Southern Germany area, you will strengthen our sales team in selling Ottobock Bionic Exoskeletons products and be responsible for lead generation and customer care for your area.

Tasks

• You build customer contacts and lead generation through direct sales of industrial exoskeletons to industrial and logistics customers
• You present new products and test them with customers
• You accompany the implementation of the products at the customer's site
• You develop customer relationships strategically and maintain them continuously
• You contribute to the development of marketing and sales plans
• You observe and analyze the customer, market and competitive situation and adjust the sales strategy accordingly
• You are responsible for achieving sales targets and creating forecasts
• You contribute customer feedback for the development of product solutions

Profile

• You have successfully completed your studies with an engineering, business or ergonomics background
• You have relevant professional experience in the B2B sales of complex products in internationally active companies or in the areas of industrial engineering, ergonomics, production or operations of logistics or industrial companies
• You have a strong communication talent and appear convincingly on social media
• They are characterized by personal responsibility, flexibility and commitment, are ready to travel within Germany and other European countries
• You speak the German language just as fluently as the English language
