Ottobock Patient Care IT is part of Global IT and sees itself as a central partner of our Ottobock Clinical Services Network. There, we offer customized orthopedic treatment and rehabilitation solutions for users around the world in over 340 care centers. To fulfill our mission in Patient Care IT, we have proprietary software that supports our customers in their daily work. Duties & Responsibilities

 

  • You develop and support company specific applications 
  • You support the error analysis and the subsequent troubleshooting
  • You support and shape the software lifecycle
  • You document the developed software source codes

Profile

 

  • You have successfully completed your studies in the field of (business) informatics or a comparable qualification
  • You have relevant professional experience in a corresponding position and several years of programming experience in C# / .Net 
  • You have practical experience with common development methods and environments (e.g. Visual Studio, NetBeans)
  • You have a basic understanding of current technologies (RESTful Webservices, Microservices, Blazor, HTML5, Bootstrap, XML) and good SQL skills
  • You are willing to learn new technologies (e.g. Blazor)
  • Analytical and conceptual way of thinking, team-oriented and solution-oriented work complete your profile 
  • You have a very good command of German and English, both written and spoken (at least B2 level)
