Summary Statement

The Working Student position in the Global HR Business Partner area allows you to get to know the daily business of a globally active company. You will gain insights into all specialist areas from the perspective of an HR professional. We offer a wide range of tasks and the opportunity to work independently on projects according to your interests.

To strengthen our Global HR Business Partner team in Duderstadt (near Göttingen), we are looking for a working student from August 2023.

Duties & Responsibilities

You support the Global HR Business Partners along the entire employee life cycle
You prepare and support personnel recruitment processes
You are involved in onboarding processes and disciplinary measures
You work on selected HR projects (talent management, organisational development, leadership, employee experience)
You attend regular appointments, meetings and other events, so you'll be on site in Duderstadt from time to time

Profile

You are a student in the middle or higher semester with a focus on HR management or a comparable field of study
You ideally have previous experience through HR internships at other companies
You are fluent in written and spoken German and English
You are proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
You work carefully and have a reliable personality with a high degree of independence and initiative as well as very good organisational and communication skills
