Summary Statement

The working student position in the area of HR project management allows you to gain insights into the preparation and implementation of complex HR-IT projects. We offer a wide range of tasks and the opportunity to work independently on projects according to your interests.

To strengthen our team in Duderstadt (near Göttingen) or Berlin, we are looking for a working student (d/f/m) from August 2023.


Duties & Responsibilities

  • You will support the HR project team and play an important supporting role in the preparation and implementation of complex HR-IT projects in Germany and North America
  • You will actively participate in the HR-IT projects and take over the coordination of project-related tasks and deadlines as well as the preparation of presentations and training documents
  • You will also be involved in the creation of future-oriented concepts and solutions for the further development of our HR services and our global HR organisation


  • You are a student (d/f/m) in a degree programme with a focus on Human Resources Management, Computer Science/Informatics, Industrial Engineering or comparable with at least 4 completed semesters
  • You have a strong interest in HR topics, HR processes and their implementation in IT
  • Ideally, you have some practical experience in human resources and project management
  • Previous experience in SAP SuccessFactors and process modelling is an advantage, but not a must
  • You have a very good command of written and spoken German and English and are proficient in the usual MS Office tools, especially PowerPoint
  • You are very structured, meticulous in your work, have a quick perception and like to work independently
  • You are highly self-motivated, flexible and have a "getting things done" mentality
