As part of our IT strategy, we have positioned ourselves for the future and are looking for support for IT Demand Management, which forms the interface between IT and specialist departments. We prefer the Greater Duderstadt/Göttingen area as the location for the position, but our Berlin office is also an option.

 

Duties & Responsibilities

 

  • You will help with the collection, documentation and communication of IT requests.  
  • You support the processing of IT requests and the documentation of IT requirements 
  • You work with the responsible person to improve data quality and transparency
  • You support the further development of the IT demand process 
  • You support the IT Demand Management with organizational tasks 
  • You take over the data preparation and data maintenance and validation in the system

Profile

 

  • You are currently studying computer science, business informatics or commercial studies 
  • Basics in project management methods or requirements management, commercial understanding as well as interest in IT topics such as hardware / software 
  • Confident handling of common MS Office applications 
  • Systematic, goal-oriented and structured way of working 
  • High social competence, good communication skills and enjoy working in a team 
  • You can communicate fluently in German as well as in English
