Summary Statement

 

The Business Process Management (BPM) department at Ottobock pursues the goal of driving the global harmonisation of end-to-end digital processes. The master data required for this is centrally controlled and monitored with the help of our master data management tool Stibo Step. As a working student MDM system (d/f/m), you teach our users this tool and show them how master data is correctly, promptly and completely maintained via the system. The Master Data Office (MDO) provides you with the required specialist content and an understanding of this system. The goal is for you to be on board for 1 year, so that you develop your own area of responsibility.
 

Duties & Responsibilities

 

  • You provide training for our master data management software Stibo STEP for global users.
  • You prepare the training documents for this purpose. Your colleagues will provide you with the necessary technical input for maintaining the master data at Ottobock.
  • You plan the training courses independently according to the rollout plan.
  • You take care of the user setup in the system and are available to the users to answer questions after the training.
  • You support the creation of subdomain communities in which the rules for master data are defined.   

Profile

 

 

  • You are studying business informatics, industrial engineering, business administration or a similar course of study. 
  • You can be enthusiastic about software tools, enjoy working with data and share your knowledge with others.
  • You have initial experience in project management and ideally in process modelling.
  • Knowledge of business process modelling (techniques and tools) as well as ERP, MES and CAQ systems is ideal, but not a must.
  • You have very good communication skills in German and English.
