Cascade is in search of an Inside Sales Representative - West Territory (remote) to join our growing Sales team! 

The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for growing, servicing, and maintaining customer accounts. This role works collaboratively with various areas of the company, including outside sales, marketing, customer service, operations and purchasing teams to manage customer needs, growth of existing customer accounts, and meet or exceed monthly sales quotas while increasing customer satisfaction.

Duties & Responsibilities

Successful job applicants will be able to perform these essential functions with or without reasonable accommodations: 

  • Assist with onboarding new clients in addition to providing customer service to assigned accounts 
  • Improve customer satisfaction through improved responsiveness and anticipating customer needs 
  • Develop new business opportunities with existing companies through promoting company products and services 
  • Develop lower value accounts to a level that requires attention from the Outside Sales Team 
  • Maintain a high degree of cooperation, communication and coordination with others 
  • Performs other related duties as assigned
  • Remote position, M-F, Pacific time zone business hours

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications – (Education, Experience, Certification, & Licensure): 

  • One to three years of similar or related experience 
  • A college degree (non-technical) or related experience
  • Must currently live in U.S. and work Pacific time zone business hours

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: 

  • Thorough knowledge of hardware systems, system software (specifically CRM), networks, and application software development
  • Previous sales and customer management experience preferred
  • Must have excellent resource management, project planning, and communication skills
  • Must be able to work and travel independently and use general office equipment
  • Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service 
  • Skilled in time management 
  • Skilled in handling multiple tasks, prioritizing and changing priorities 
  • Skilled in identifying, analyzing, and resolving problems 
  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing 
  • Ability to listen to and understand information verbally and in writing 
  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing 
  • Ability to anticipate, identify, analyze, and resolve conflict and problems 

 

Compensation Data

Salary range: $50k annual base with competitive monthly commission plan
