Summary Statement

In this position at the Königsee site, you will ensure that all processes in MASC (Manufacturer After-Sales Service) are aligned with the main objective of satisfying our customers. Together with your team, you will implement the valid service concepts and develop new solutions and concepts together with the relevant interfaces in order to sustainably improve our service.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Technical and disciplinary management of the team, taking into account the company's objectives
  • You ensure efficient order processing with regard to the relevant resources
  • Overall, it is your task to constantly develop improvement measures (e.g. for our complaints process), to implement them and to coordinate the communication of changes
  • You develop and conduct various trainings, in cooperation with the MASC trainers
  • Within the PEP (product development process), you will work closely with the R&D department to coordinate the defined measures and implement them in production
  • In addition, you will ensure a good data basis through regular analyses, reporting and calculations in order to track target achievement


  • You have a degree in business administration, mechanical engineering, production technology or a comparable course of study
  • In addtion, you have several years of professional experience in the field of after-sales and ideally management experience
  • In principle, you are just as comfortable in a production environment as you are in dealing with our customers and sales companies
  • Sound knowledge in process management as well as in MS Office and SAP (or another ERP system) is a prerequisite
  • A good command of English is required for communication with our foreign subsidiaries
  • Personally you are characterized by a strategic way of thinking as well as a high quality awareness and a distinct customer orientation
