Summary Statement

As Industrial Engineer (d/f/m), effective industrialization in product development projects is your overriding goal. In doing so, you and the team are responsible for the entire wheelchair area. With your high quality awareness, you are proactively involved in improving quality and efficiency in series production and are responsible for the implementation for derived measures. In this way, your work contributes directly to the quality of life of our patients.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Development, commissioning and optimization of manufacturing and assembly processes
  • Responsibility for the execution of pilot and initial series up to first productionCreation of work plans, parts lists and target times for cost calculation
  • Responsibility for the creation & maintenance of work and assembly instructions
  • Calculation of manufacturing costs and execution of time studies
  • Joint responsibility for equipment and process approvals as well as process validations
  • Ensuring process stability and process capability in production

Profile

  • Successfully completed mechanical or industrial engineering studies or technician training with at least three years of experience in industrial engineering
  • You think, plan and act in a long-term and holistic manner
  • Personally, you are characterized by initiative, result orientation and a high level of quality awareness
  • Experience in lean management  
  • Very good knowledge of SAP, especially the modules PP and MM
  • Further training as Refa Industrial Engineer / MTM qualification is an advantage
  • Business fluent in German and English
