We have an experienced Sr. Clinical Liaison to join our Stockbridge, GA team!

The Senior Clinical Liaison is responsible for developing and executing strategic growth initiatives within a designated market. This role requires a deep understanding of the prosthetics and orthotics field, as well as the ability to assess and respond to the unique needs of subsegments within the market. The Senior Clinical Liaison owns the creation and execution of a comprehensive growth plan, setting clear actions aligned with growth expectations while fostering strategic relationships with key healthcare stakeholders. By combining advanced patient care coordination with targeted business development efforts, this position plays a critical role in the growth, sustainability, and brand recognition of Ottobock.care’s services across the market.

 

Duties & Responsibilities

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Own the strategic planning for the assigned market, with a deep understanding of subsegments and their unique needs. Build a comprehensive growth strategy that reflects the peculiarities of each subsegment, including patient demographics, referral patterns, and emerging trends.
  • Create a growth plan with specific, measurable actions that align with the organization’s goals, setting clear targets and tracking progress against growth expectations.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare stakeholders, including physicians, rehabilitation centers, and other referral sources. Serve as a trusted resource for prosthetics and orthotics expertise, fostering partnerships that drive referrals and enhance patient care.
  • Actively engage in community outreach, professional networks, and industry events to build brand awareness and expand the reach of Ottobock.care’s services.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on prosthetics and orthotics products and services, providing advanced education and support to patients and referral sources.
  • Responsible for building brand awareness, ensuring that Ottobock.care’s commitment to excellence, patient outcomes, and innovative solutions is recognized and trusted throughout the community.
  • Lead the development and implementation of patient care plans, ensuring optimal outcomes.
  • Mentor and train junior clinical liaisons and support staff when necessary.
  • Play a leading part in market development initiatives across Ottobock.care, championing specific growth projects and other strategic campaigns to advance brand recognition and service adoption. While not a managerial position, the Sr. Clinical Liaison is expected to take ownership in these initiatives, stepping up to lead components of larger organizational efforts.
  • Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations, standards and company policies. 

 

Qualifications

Note: position requires travel between Stockbridge, GA, covering Conyers and Newman, GA 

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Strong knowledge of prosthetics and orthotics devices, services, and clinical workflows.
  • Advanced communication skills, relationship‑building abilities, and professional presence.
  • Ability to lead strategic planning and business development efforts.
  • Strong problem‑solving, critical thinking, and decision‑making skills.
  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Ability to coordinate complex patient care plans and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.

Minimum Qualifications – (Education, Experience, Certification, & Licensure):

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field.
  • 5–10 years of experience in the prosthetics and orthotics field or related healthcare setting.
  • Demonstrated expertise in prosthetics and orthotics devices and services.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to travel for patient care and outreach activities.
  • Flexibility to work outside regular business hours as needed.
