We are seeking a Clinical Specialist, Sales Internal Partner Support, to join our team in Austin, TX (hybrid work schedule)! Remote candidates will also be considered.
This role is pivotal in driving awareness of Ottobock products throughout the organization’s network of internal partners. Key responsibilities include increasing awareness and certification of key products, assisting with product trials, delivering education and certification training, and providing support for troubleshooting and complex cases. This role also involves collaborating with internal teams to develop enablement resources and education pathways.
Duties & Responsibilities
Specific responsibilities and skill set includes but are not limited to:
- Drive awareness of Ottobock products throughout the organization’s network of internal partners by forging strong relationships and providing exceptional support.
- Assist with trials of Ottobock products by coordinating trial crates, providing fitting support (virtual or onsite), and delivering education as requested.
- Conduct product education and certification training on strategic portfolios as directed.
- Aid internal clinicians as required, offering support with Ottobock product troubleshooting, complex cases, and product selection.
- Identify opportunities to enhance clinical support by navigating Healthcare resources, collaborating with Marketing and Market Management teams to develop enablement resources, processes, and communications.
- Collaborate with internal clinical leadership to design education pathways and onboarding programs for Ottobock product training.
Qualifications
Minimum Required Qualifications – (Education, Experience, Certifications & Licensure):
- Minimum of 3 years practical clinical experience in Orthotics and Prosthetics
- ABC Certified prosthetist or Prosthetist/Orthotist
- BS, Certificate or MPO/MS in Prosthetics and Orthotics
- BA/BS degree from an accredited college/university
- Experience using Microsoft Suite, preferred
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce, preferred
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency in understanding and conveying technical information related to Ottobock products.
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems effectively.
- Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic and evolving environment.
- Collaboration skills to work effectively across departments and with external partners.
- Knowledge of healthcare industry and clinical environments preferred.
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
- 50-60% travel expected.
- Monthly travel anticipated, spending 3-4 days per trip visiting clinic locations to meet and train onsite clinicians in Ottobock products.
